Land O Sky SERR Scholarship Application

The Land O’ Sky Chapter of Trout Unlimited is excited to offer a limited number of scholarships for the Southeastern Regional Rendezvous that is being held right here in Asheville on March 10th -12th.

This is an event where you get to join fellow TU leaders from around the South East for some great fishing, informative presentations, and inspiring dialogue.

TU regional rendezvous are occasions to be inspired – by the work of TU staff, lessons from volunteer leaders, and conversations with newfound friends. They are also an excellent opportunity to discuss the unique issues facing the region as well as a chance to network and build relationships with fellow TU volunteer leaders.

As a chapter, we are looking to help motivate members who are interested in future leadership roles within the Land O’ Sky Chapter to attend the SERR event by paying the full cost of your registration fee ($200) which includes all events from Friday – Sunday.  Our goal is for this to be an investment from the chapter in the future strength of our board and leadership going forward.

The deadline for submitting your scholarship request is February 20th.  We have a limited number and budget for these scholarships so the board will review each request and get back to everyone by February 24th on all final decisions on requests.
